How to purchase?


Buying from our e-store is simple and convenient:

1. Begin by selecting the products and adding them to the shopping basket.

2. Place an order. Make sure to add your contact details.

3. Pay for the purchase using your internet bank according to the invoice you received.

Compiling the shopping basket

Begin by selecting the products you like and need, and add them to the shopping basket.

Adding products to the shopping basket does not oblige you to purchase them. Feel free to

change the content of your shopping basket. To view the items you have added to your

shopping basket, click on ‘Have a look at the shopping basket.’

Placing an order

Please insert your contact details into the appropriate fields on the order form. You can pay

for the purchase right after finalising the order in the internet bank. The goods will be shipped

after the payment has been received. In general, we will keep the goods booked for 24 hours.

If you want to book the goods for a longer period of time (up to 5 days), please let us know

via the customer service email info@bestsockdrawer.com.

Orders that exceed 50€ will be delivered to you for free.

For orders under 50€, we will add a shipping fee of minimum 4.90€. Occasionally, the

shipping time for some products will be up to 2 weeks — in that case, we will definitely

inform you about it via email.  

 

Returning goods

If you were not happy with the goods purchased and you wish to return them, please inform

us about it via our customer service email info@bestsockdrawer.com. All goods are returnable for

14 days from receiving them. The product must be unused and in the original

package/labelled. You can return it either by mail or bring it to our warehouse store at Pärnu

mnt 146, Tallinn. The postage fee for returning the goods will not be compensated.

The owners of the SOCKDRAWER LOYALTY CARD are asked to add the card number in

the additional information when placing the order. After that, you can place the order. We will

then email you the invoice including the customer discount.

All our goods are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Should you still find a faulty product,

please let our customer service know immediately at info@bestsockdrawer.com.

NB! During promotions, it might happen that your chosen goods are out of

stock. In this case, we will let you know immediately by email and you will be

refunded.
